Executive Chef Tali Missirlian’s curiosity for regional ingredients and traditional techniques and passion for bold fresh flavors allow her to create truly unforgettable dishes for our guests.

She can’t wait to cook with Chef Massimo and showcase the unique flavors and traditional recipes of Liguria and Sardinia utilizing the fresh, locally sourced ingredients that California is renowned for.


Chef Massimiliano Conti opened the famed La Cicca in 2006 where he spotlighted the cuisine of Sardinia and quickly became known for his famous Bottarga Spaghetti. 

He honors the traditions of the women in his family with his simple, straightforward dishes that celebrate the sea. We’re thrilled to welcome him to Corzetti for a night of unforgettable eating.
